The 2015 Chardonnay Gap’s Crown Vineyard has a yeasty/toasty nose over a core of spiced apples, warm peaches and marzipan plus a hint of ginger. Medium-bodied, the palate is still quite tightly-knit with a wonderful concentration of spicy apple and stone fruit superbly supported by great tension. Give it another year or two in bottle and drink it over the next 5-7 years.
