Description
Winemaker Notes
The nose exhibits exotic fruit aromas such as pineapple and mango which are conferred by the solar characteristic of this south-facing slope. Also notice very mineral notes of blossoms. The flavor is powerful with ripe fruit aromas. The schisty characteristic of this soil is exhibited with a great acidity and iodized notes on the finale.
Wine Spectator – 90 points
This creamy white is exotic on the nose, with accents of bergamot, tarragon and Cognac, and a streak of minerality underscoring creamed peach, slivered almond and fleur de sel flavors. Fresh and focused, with a lasting, aromatic finish. Drink now through 2025.
