Certified organic “Baby Meursault”  Sure, it says Bourgogne on the label, because it’s produced from 6 parcels in the village of Meursault that are classified as Bourgogne.  But, oh what a Bourgogne!  Rich and peachy, with a mingling of sweet pears, summer melon and a splash of citrus laced with floral notes and a nice sense of minerality.  Rich and lively, it rounds out with depth and palate coating pleasure as it opens in the glass.  Location, location, location – and 40 year old vines – contribute to its enticing personality.  Delicious!
