Dosed with five grams per liter in November 2017, Dosnon’s NV Recolte Noire (Black Label) is a pure, oak-fermented Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar. White-golden in color, this is a fine, fresh and delicately fruity Champagne with just a hint of oak. Intense, fresh and lush on the palate, this is a straight, perfectly round and well-structured Blanc de Noirs with good grip and vitality on the finish. Excellent! Tasted July 2018.
