Dark, deep magenta in color. Bing cherry pie/compote, cassis, black tea, bittersweet chocolate, cardamom. This is an exquisitely clean expression of Pinot Noir fruit in its purest form. Structured and youthful on the palate, medium body with nice berry tannins. Lingering structured, textural finish with lasting flavors of cherry or plum. One of our best efforts from Stone Corral Vineyard.
